The owners approached Bespoke Architecture to take over a project that had gone astray, and help turn a utilitarian set of spaces into a lovely home that expressed their eclectic “cozy industrial” style. The project scope included major work on Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical systems as well as new fixtures and finishes throughout.
